In order to browse free, first visit http://www.torproject.org/download.html.en, click on download stable for windows to get the software.

now install it, now when tor launches for the first time, click on setup relaying/network, then thick good on the option "i use proxy to acess the internet, under adress type in 10.199.212.2, port is 8080,type http/https, thick on my firewall only allow me connects to certain ports, go to allowed ports and add 8080, goto general, unthick start vidalia when my system starts, then click ok.

Its time to configure your browser, now launch your mozilla firefox and goto tools/option/setting thick on use manual proxy settings, then for http proxy, enter 127.0.0.1, port is 8118, thick on use this proxy server for all protocols, then ok to exit.

now for u 2 start browsing u most connect to the mtn as usual, first by configuring your nokia pc suite or your modem, access point is web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net, username web, password is also web, then exit.

You are now ready to start browsing free, exit from tor and connect your phone/modem to the internet, then launch tor. wait till the yellow onion changes to green, then launch your browser and start enjoying .
